Red Course: The Original Short and Sweet
Our shortest nine, the Red course is a favorite with beginners, seniors and juniors. Mature pines, gently rolling slopes, and multiple greenside bunkers are a test of skill if you stray off course.
Our first nine opening in 1964, the Red course is a par-35 playing 2,867 yards from the middle tees. Holes four through seven offer water hazards, which make for pretty –and pretty challenging– golf. This nine is usually played as a stand alone nine and occasionally paired with the Gold Course for 18.
